You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, according to the Distance Contracts Act.

Return conditions:

The product must be in its original condition and must not have been used. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Return process:

To make a return, please contact us by email before returning the item. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping cost:

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Refund:

Once we have received and approved the return, the amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
